Ithaka S+R will launch its annual fall survey to first-year Kessler Scholars in early September. To support survey distribution, Ithaka S+R requests that you submit your Kessler Scholars Program first-year student roster no later than Friday, August 14. Full student rosters for all cohorts will be due October 16, we will reach out at a later date with instructions. Please read the instructions below.

Download the template provided by Ithaka S+R via e-mail and complete it with your First-Year Kessler Scholars’ information.

Please note that date of birth is collected to verify age, students under 18 are not eligible to participate in evaluation activities.

Save the completed file and rename. Please rename the completed Excel document as “[Institution]_FY_Student_Roster_Fall2025”.

Upload the file in the secure FTP server. The file should be submitted to Ithaka S+R via the secure FTP server.
